Can a trust fund be changed or altered without the consent of the 3 members of the trust fund ?

You do not say if the trust is revocable or irrevocable, or who might be changing it. If revocable, the creator probably can change it without regard to the current beneficiaries. If irrevocable, the creator may have retained the right to change under certain circumstances. more information is needed.
