Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I was willed a car two years ago but the estate was never settled. Since that point, I have come to find out the car was transferred to someone else's name and they are now driving it. What can I do to obtain what is rightfully mine?

If the car was specifically willed to you, and the executor gave it to someone else, you probably have a claim against the executor that you can sue to recover. I have not seen the Will, so this is merely a general response. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
