Under N.J.S.A. 34:15-15, you can only receive temporary disability for the job you got hurt on as long as you are temporarily totally disabled and under active medical care. Feel free to call me at Levinson Axelrod at (908) 359-0110 to discuss the other benefits that you are entitled to.

If you got injured on one job but did not get so injured that you have to be completely out of work for more than seven days, then you can still have a workers compensation case against the company where you did get hurt for what is known as partial total disability. This is similar in some ways to a personal injury law suit where you can get paid for suffering an injury. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their legal matters. Thank you.
