Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I fell at work Jan 2009 and injured my lower back. OWCP doctors have stated I am unable to work. I attempted to work anyway part-time at first then full-time but it only lasted a week and after 5 months of trying I went back out on recurrence 5/25/10 because I never recovered. DOL has been paying my medical but now refuse to pay compensation. What can I do to get the compensation because as of today, they are still paying all medical expenses?

It sounds like you are doing this without an attorney. Not my area of law, but I have several friends that handle WC, so feel free to call me and I'll set you up with a good attorney. 732/773/2768

Contact me to file a claim petition for you so we can get you monetary compensation. I have handled hundreds of workers compensation cases in the past. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
