If you were charged with a local ordinance for disorderly conduct the fine is usually around $300.00 and you would not have a criminal record - you would have a municipal ordinance record for two years before you could get it removed. If you are charged with a state statute violation of the 2C criminal code for disorderly conduct you are faincg fines and penalties of over $600.00, you are facing up to 30 days in jail, and you would have a criminal record for five years before you could try to get it removed. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
