Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

holiday pay

while collecting workers comp.dose the company have to pay the employee holiday pay.

I believe that you are talking about a bonus. If that is the case, bounuses are generally not mandatory and not part of your salary. Your comp. benefits are somewhat dependent upon your base salary. Therefore, unless the bonus is part of your salary, you are out of luck
