Re: insurance doctors

Under New Jersey Workers Compensation Law you have to go to the authroized doctor if you want the insurnace company to pay for it. However, if you go to the "wrong" doctor and he still puts you on light duty, your boss can't just ignore wht that doctor says and force you back onto full duty. What he should do is contact the insurance company and arrange for some transportation to their "right" doctor. I know this can be confusing and hard to do, so that is why you should have a lawyer to assist you. Under workers compensation law you don't have to pay a lawyer up front for his help if he represents you. He only gets paid if he gets a settlement for you. I am an attorney who has handled hundreds of workers compensation cases in the past in New Jersey. I would like to speak with you about the specifics of your case and how I can help you.
