Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

was not paid after being fired, and was harassed sexually

to whom it may concern,

i started working for this new mortgage company in september of 2003. never got paid. was given cash here and there, but i was salaried at 30,000 per year and $75 per clearance on mortgage files. never paid correctly. my boss at the time then started calling me nonstop and asking me to hang out, go to his house, meanwhile he is married and his wife was in poland on vacation for 2 mos. while this happened. the other boss is an alcoholic, got his license suspended from commodities, and is a wreck himself so talking to him is like talking to a wall. 2 weeks ago i got fired i need help. still havent gotten paid.

you ask many questions. If you were not injured at work (psychologically is included), you cannot recover workers comp. You may have a claim for passed wages or sexual harrassment. Your wage claim can be filed pro se, as for harrassment you should concult an attorney
