Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I was seeing a WC doctor and he authorized aquatic therapy and stated that if that did not work then I should consider an Arthroscopy. I had an IME two days ago and now the WC doctor's office called me back to cancel all therapy appointments and even my follow up appointment next month. They told me that the IME doctor said that I am MMI, return to work full duty with no restrictions. Any further treatment would be palliative not corrective and is not authorized. So what happened to the Arthroscopy? My knee still hurts and is in the same condition. I guess it does not matter because he will not get paid by WC if I see him. What do I do now because I already tried to RTW last month for two days and could not do it?

Kindly call me at (908) 359-0110, and we can discuss filing the appropriate motion pursuant to NJSA 34:15-15. These cases can get quite complicated, and if you are writing from the 08865 zip code, your case would go Lebanon, New Jersey where I appear every day.
