Workmen's comp and losing benefits

Is it legal for an employer to send a letter to an employee out on Workman's comp telling that person that his hours have been changed from full to part time and all benefits will cease

Generally not. However, where there is a will to deprive the employee of benefits, there is often a way that the employer will do so.....
