Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Mexico

spying all day long

My roommate uses his friends to keep watching my daily life. They even follow me when I go out for grocery. When I study at school late night, they keep watching from the parking lot outside the school. I think this is a terrible offence to my life. Is this legal or illegal?

Clearly this is a caswe of harassment and would give you the basis for a restraining order against this conduct. He might also be charged with stalking, if New Mexico has such a law (I am a California attorney).
