Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Mexico
is it possible to sue a utility company for turning off the gas to an entire state for 5 days with out warning?

Sue, yes. Win, probably not. Unless it can be proved that the utility did so with malice to deliberately hurt the citizens, no win possible. Proving such malice is also probably not possible, and probably not true.
