Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
I received a voice mail notifying me of a date and time of a deposition. I knew of the law suit but the phone voice mail is the only notification I have received of a deposition. I live in New Mexico.

If you were not served with a subpoena (if you're a witness) or a notice of deposition (if you're a party) you don't need to show up.
