Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Mexico

Revealing a Criminal Record

My question is very short. I work as a part time secretary and am on probation after spending 4 months in jail. Is it legal for my employer to reveal my criminal record at a meeting of all the other secretaries?

Thank you for your time.
