Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My exhusband has 50% custody of my children. Lately he has been drinking excessively and I feel my kids safety is at risk. What are my legal rights to protect my kids?

You may refuse him visitation when he is/has been drinking. You may call the police if you feel your children are in any danger. You may return to court and ask to modify his visitation to be supervised, so there is no chance of him harming the children by his drinking.
