Does food stamps, housing assistance and medicaid have to be reported to child support in New Mexico?

Child support would already know if you are receiving food stamps, housing assistance and medicaid. (They might be a little iffy on the housing assistance). You should assume they know and they know exactly how much you have received. Your receiving the public assistance will not harm your case.
