Harrasing phone calls from my ex-husband
Is my es-hisband allowed to call my home and harass myself and his non-custodial daughter? He screams, threantens, and causes her to do poorly in school

No, of course not. You can file for a restraining order and/or criminal charges.

Such calls, at some point, become acts of domestic violence. You could seek a restraining order against you husband.
