Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My ex- is a teacher and she worked summer school this year, she refuses to report the income on our child support worksheet. She says she was told by a lawyer she does not have to because it is not regular income.

She needs a new lawyer. Child support in NM is based upon ALL income from ALL sources.
