Legal Question in Health Care Law in New Mexico

Can I recieve medicade benefits and welfare benefits from new mexico and live in arizona. I will still keep my New mexico residence and address. Just my kids will go to school in arizona

Legal residency is a matter of intention. Intending to live in AZ and actually doing so would disqualify one from receiving benefits available only to NM residents. Simply maintaining a dwelling of some kind in NM to continue to receive benefits while living outside NM could be a crime and is definitely unwise.
