Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Mexico

i have custodial custody of my child. she decided to move back with her mom because i refused to let her quit school. do i have to pay child support if she quits school. she is 16 years old, and i just found out she has not been going to school since i regestered her.

You must continue to pay child support according to the court order, or go back to court and attempt to have it modified. The child's expenses continue whether or not she is attending school.
