how mush abuse must a assocate have to talorate from a coporation because they are under staffed we are over woked and are constenly being threated with our jobs.

Contact the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. They are in the government "blue pages" of the phone book. Consult them about a claim for a "hostile work environment." The more employees who join in the complaint, the more likely an investigation will be made.
