Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Mexico

fellow tenent in our strip center just escalated a "feud" by scratching up the paint on two of our cars...although it wasn't witnessed. But logically given the sequence of events, there is little doubt as to "who". What, if anything can be done?
