Legal Question in Military Law in New Mexico

Search and Seizure for an active duty military member

My husband, who was active duty Air Force, committed suicide at our home, which is NOT located on a military installation. The OSI(Office of Special Investigations) removed personal property from our home without my consent or without a search warrant. I was not present when they removed these items from my home. They removed our computer hard-drive, miscellaneous computer disks, VCR tapes and his cellular phone. Is this legal?
