My car was recently hit while it was parked, while i dropped my daughter off at school, (no one was in the vehicle). The person who hit it gave me his insurance info. but the vehicle was not covered at the time, we traded contact information and both left. He offered to pay if i gave him 3 quotes. I did not get a police report or any witness statements. Can i sue this person?

Small claims courts exist to handle problems such as yours. They are the magistrate courts in most counties, or the Metropolitan Court in Bernalillo County. They provide the forms you will need.
