I own a 40 year old New Mexico Corporation which only asset is the House I live in.

The Corporation Commission in Santa Fe is threatening to cancel the Corporation.

Sure. Your home will be owned by an entity which no longer exists. Why not file the report and pay the annual license fee and keep the corporation going? That would solve your problems. The other alternative is to deed the property from the corporation to yourself before the state deactivates it.
