Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico

If my ex-wife lives in a mobile home (with my 2 boys and her ex husband) that is currently under loan in my name with the ex's brother-in-law as the co-signer. Can I be charged with tresspassing in that house? I ask because the Ex's husband called the police to have me arrested for tresspassing, when I dropped off a court amendment order to our divorce decree. There has been no issues of domestic violence, and there is not a restraining order.

You cannot legally be charged with trespassing under the facts you provide unless you were previously given written notice in some form that you were forbidden to enter.
