Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico

If I allow a family to live in my rent trailer at no cost, other than the man do some work for me, may i ask them to leave when job is done without legal complications?

Sure, you can ask. But if they don't move, you will have headaches. Make sure you have a written agreement about the terms of their permission to live in the trailer. You need to have an agreement that makes it clear they are not tenants. You might want to pay a lawyer a little money to write up such an agreement.
