Legal Question in Social Security Law in New Mexico

i was wondering how i could get my ssi cheek back from my stepmom she took me to court in wich i never recived a court notice , or apeard in court . iam not even shure she is giving me yhe correct amount ?

If she obtained a judgment which she is enforcing against you, federal law limits her to 25% of the amount of the check.
