Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Mexico

I am going to traffic court in Albuquerque (I live in Santa Fe). I was talking on my cell phone while driving. I was lost and my phone dials numbers if I speak the name. I did not get a response but I did get a ticket. I want to know if I should plead guilty, not guilty or no contest. I looked on their web site but that question was not answered.

Under Albuquerque municipal ordinances it is a misdemeanor to use a cell phone while driving. How you are using it or what you are using it for is immaterial. If it is near your ear while driving you have violated the ordinance. If you did this and are guilty, then plead guilty and pay the fine. And, don't drive and use your cell phone. By the way, such use is illegal in Santa Fe, also.
