how can i find out who owns the rights to my grand father's land & mineral rights ?? Is their a website for carlsbad county on mineral rights ?? Thank you for your time.................

You will need to pay an attorney or a title company for a title search, or learn to perform a title search yourself.

I don't know if Carlsbad County has a website - but even if they do, it would be very unusual if they had enough records online to answer your question. To get a real answer, someone will need to look at the actual recorded documents, which may be decades or even 100+ years old.
