how to proceed with a case in which a ad-litem attorney is negligent in his duties toward a disabled customer, more specifically in the way a trust account has been handled.

GAL's do not normally deal with client's trust accounts, but if yours has and you suspect irregularities, you may contact the presiding judge or the State Bar of New Mexico. They will advise you and if action is required, they should take it.
