You have a claim but beware you only get book value not replacement costs. Have you made a claim with the other driver's insurance carrier?

You certainly can claim property damage for your vehicle. The other driver may dispute your version of liability. I would be interested in knowing how long ago this accident happened. It is usually a good idea to get seen by a doctor after an accident to make sure you really are not injured. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me for a free consultation.
