Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York
my dads will {he is deceed} my mom is the executrise then it is me and my brother as co executives
i have cancer and unfortunately will not be living a full life
my question is i want my mom to to sign my 50% over to my son now to ensure his birth right
yet my brother and her dont want to
isnt it true that if i pass away and my mom passes away
my brother then has full control of my dads will
and can divide it as he chooses
he has 2 kids and 3 grandchildren which would then leave my son 1/6 of it instead on 50%
