Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

how to dispute NY speeding ticket 80 over 65

Though it was 70 mph. The sheriff kept talking to me /refusing to write down what hes saying since Im deaf. I didnt understand what he was saying except two words '' drivers license'' ... he issued the ticket then just left. He didnt give me a chance to write notes to him. what can I do to dispute the ticket? Also was I discrimated against ? I cant show up in court cuz it is in a different town far away and I plan to plead guilty. I havent had a ticket for 30 yrs and its my first time.

We can help. It's no big deal! We can go to court for you and fight this ticket, and you will not have to go. Unless you can prove that the Sheriff knew you were deaf, I don't see you you can claim discrimination. Give us a call to discuss how we can make fighting this ticket easy and simple.
