I worked for new york city agent and had a accident at work on 06/30/07.I fall from steel stairs while moving the tools ahd jinjured my head , neck, and arm.I came back to work on tial base this year, but I have assigned for regular duty even the accommdation have been requested several times from my doctors.I have been threatened that I could lost my job if I could not function well at work. I belived that this may be a discrimination agaist disabled case. Any lawyer can give me a suggestion and take my case futher?
