Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

we have given our neighbor permission to get to there property by car over our land without an easement. They now want to sell to their neighbor who has boat access only. Both properties can be accessed by water. Since there is no written easement can we revoke permission since it can revert back to lake access only? I live in NY

After 10 years, the other party's atty will surely tell them of their right to adverse possession. Send written revocation today (cert mail with sig) and get a property atty involved asap. There is a financial value in that easement and you may wish to sell it, not have it taken from you because you kindly, openly, notoriously let him do so.
