Pasquale Calcagno Calcagno & Associates, PLLC

You can take your name off the deed but it will not necessarily protect you from creditors. Call me for a free consultation to discuss your present financial situation as that is critical in making a determination as to what is the proper course you should take to protect yourself.

You need an attorney familiar with the debtor laws. I, Pasquale Calcagno, Esq., am available for a free consultation at 1(800)WE-FIGHT. We have convenient locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx and Staten Island.

I look forward to speaking with you.
