under age laws
i have a girl friend that i am dating and she is 16 going on 17 in dec. and i am 21 but her mom allows the relationship . now c.p.s was hot lined about us but i heard that after 2 months they cant do anything with out physical proof is that true?

If you are intimate with this child, then you are committing a crime and could face the consequences.
