Nofault Insurance:

Does my nofault Insurance Company have a right to collect the benefits back out of my workers compensation claim?

Re: Nofault Insurance:

Only to the extent that your payment from Worker's Comp duplicates a benefit you received from no fault, ie:,medical bill, etc.
