Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

Will distribution

I have a joint with rights of survivorship brokerage account with a friend that contains Citigroup stock. In my Will that was created prior to making this account joint I stated that my mother would receive all my Citicorp (it was called Citicorp at that time) stock. Since this is now in a joint account what will happen when I die and the Will is executed?

Re: Will distribution

I believe the joint holder will get it all, but confirm this with Citicorp.
