possession of marijuana
i received an appearance ticket a few days ago for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, although the citation is spelled incorrectly, like this: ''Unlawfull Possession of Marihuana''. 2 seperate words are misspelled. is there any way i can get this charge dismissed?

Not on that basis. However, you may be able to get a marijuana ACD (adjournment in contemplation of dismissal) as of right. It means the case gets adjourned for 1 year and then if you have no new arrests, it gets automatically dismissed and sealed without your having to go back to court.
