Restitution
i have a 12,000 restitution payment. my spouse was the victim of the incident. her health insurance covered it and they are making me pay the health insurance company back. is this right?thats what i thought insurance is for. do i have a case?

Re: Restitution of no-fault lien
If her bills were paid by no fault there is an automatic repayment of bills if you obtain a personal injury settlement unless you get the company to waive the lien., The same with worker's comp.
