MY rights

I wanted to know is it possible to get convicted of drug poss if your lawyer was not present at your hearing and can i appeal this ruling

I don't know what you mean by "hearing." There are lots of different hearings in a criminal case. The basic answer, however, is that if you have a lawyer, he or she is supposed to be present at all parts of your case. A conviction can always be appealed, however I would need more information about your case to give you a definate answer.
