Unfortunately your question is less than clear. Do you mean "discharged" rather than "dismissed"? That would make far more sense. A discharge is a court order preventing creditors listed in the petition from ever again collecting on debts listed in that petition. A dismissal throws the case out of court.

My only advice is that you hire an attorney who is geographically local to you to help you through your Chapter 13 filing and pick his/her brain as to any dismissals contemplated by the Court. If you need a referral to one, the NYC Bar Association or the NYS Bar Association are potential sources.
