what may or may not be filed with your bankruptcy petition
I am filing chapter 7 bankruptcy, and I want to know if I can include on my petition: in 1999 I was charged with welfare fraud, it was reduced to disorderly conduct and I am to pay $800+, can this be filed on my petition.

Fines for criminal court matters are not dischargeable.
