Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
Should I list my mothers bank account on my schedules if I am only power of attorney? I am not a joint account holder, I have a copy of the poa & the statements say "mom or me, as POA". I don't ever use the account; its just in the event my mother becomes disabled. Thanks!
