Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
I am a retired 72 yr old woman living off my social security and an almost depleted IRA. I have been financing an RV and will soon no longer afford payments. How can I relieve myself of this burden. The bank merely offered to delay payments for 6 months or do a short sale which are not viable options. What do you suggest?
