does a new york state partnership offering architecture, engineering and landscape architecture have to have an architect as an owner/partner or simply an architect on staff to practice and advertize architecture?

In NY...The partnership law in esence does not..but what do your professional regulations require...for example an lawfirm partner may only contain attorneys..no one else.
