if you have done business with an alias, do you always have to disclose when entering a new agreement?
As a Franchise Attorney I can only say the answer depends. It depends on the type of agreement and the parties to the agreement. Generally speaking, if it's a routine business contract with someone you haven't done business with before, there is likely no need to disclose that you've done business under an alias in the past. But consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice given the contract or contracts you are contemplating.
