That's a great question and there are just so many factors which go into figuring out the right business model it's impossible to give that type of guidance over the internet. I know that's not the answer you were hoping to get. It's an excellent question; the answer is not so simple.

I agree with Mr. Bryan. This question cannot be answered without knowing the nature of the online business, how many people would be involved, what are the financial goals, where will the business operate, whether investors will invest etc.
